The following pictures shows the 80mm navigation instruments of the Midline cockpit.
All instrumenta are evenly backlighted by four white LEDs and uses a remountable shapely metal pointer.
The pointer offset is evaluated and saved during manufacturing in a seperate EEPROM. This guarantees perfect aligned instruments at delivery that does not need any further calibration processes and will be still aligned even on PC software or cockpit firmware updates.
The delivery includes the complete mounted, checked and calibrated instrument, all bolts and a configured cable to mount the instrument into a Midline cockpit.

The altimeter shows the "10,000" feet units by red LEDs on the scale side. The barometric pressure is shown on a seperate digital display and can be adjusted by steps of 1/3 mbar by the knob in the lower left edge. As a special feature you can take over the correct barometric pressure by a single knob press.

The artificial horizon allows 360 degree turns along the roll axle as turns of ca. +-40 degrees in pitch attitude.

The OBS ring is driven by a stepper motor thus allowing to remote control the OBS ring e.g. by the Microsoft flightsimulator software. The OBS can be setup by the knob in the lower left edge of the instrument by steps of 1 degree, too. If you press and turn the knob the OBS will be turned in 10 degree steps for faster adjustments. The TO/FROM/OFF indicators will be light up in active state using white backlight LEDs for TO/FROM indicators and red backlight LEDs for OFF indicators.

The gyro compass drift is adjustable in steps of 1/3 degree by the lower left knob. Also you can remote control the compass adjustment e.g. by the Microsoft flightsimulator, too. As a special feature the drift can be compensate once by a single press off the lower left knob (what is not possible in a real aircraft :-)
